The app description does not advertise a release date, a recent-release feed, or a retained gallery after release. “Recent arrests” means entries into the process, not exits. - Add the arresting agency and court case number when those facts are known.

- Also request booking and release date and time, release type or destination, and bond details.
- Ask whether exempt parts can be redacted while the rest is produced.
- Confirm available delivery, any actual fee, and the response process with Records Division.

A request should not copy fees or instructions from a commercial source because those are not sheriff policy. Sequoyah State Offender Photos
A person transferred from Sequoyah County Jail into state custody enters a different record system. The ODOC Offender Lookup may display an offender photograph, identifiers, physical details, facility or status, county and case rows, offense, reception, and sentence information. That image belongs to the ODOC identity and correctional history. It should not be labeled as the Sequoyah County booking photo unless the source itself establishes that fact.
A discharged state offender may remain searchable, while a short county jail stay that never entered ODOC custody may not appear at all. Read status and location together. A past photo or conviction row does not prove present incarceration. For an official copy beyond the public display, use ODOC records and provide the person’s name, ODOC number, date of birth when appropriate, and Sequoyah case number.

Source and date labels matter. A news photo, registry image, ODOC photo, and county booking image can all depict the same person at different times. Keeping those labels prevents an old image from being presented as a current Sequoyah County booking or release event.
