Choose the Right Records Office
For a county booking or exit, begin with the Sequoyah County Sheriff. The Records Division is at 119 S. Oak St., Sallisaw, OK 74955. Call the sheriff at 918-775-1214, the jail at 918-776-9028, or send a fax to 918-775-1219. Walk-in records hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The office has not posted a general booking-photo fee, universal copy rate, or fixed response time.
